Global Network Systems (GNS), an IT solutions provider based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, was founded in 1998 by Greg Lock. Initially specializing in IT sales and consulting, the company expanded its offerings significantly in 2000 when Glenn Gunther joined as a partner. This partnership led to the establishment of GIS, GNS’s Internet Service Provider division, which provided essential connectivity and email services. Today, GNS continues to deliver tailored IT support and comprehensive services to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) throughout South Africa, building on its long-standing expertise in the IT sector.
