How we rank agencies

Agencies on GetProjects listing pages are ordered by a combined score out of 100. Equal scores use agency ID (highest first). Agencies with fewer than three eligible reviews remain listed but are flagged as not yet fully qualifying for soft ranking gates.

1. Service relevance

   up to 50 pts

   How strongly the agency maps to the service on the listing page (service percentage).

2. Customer rating

   up to 30 pts

   Average of eligible Clutch, GoodFirms, and Google user reviews (visibility settings respected).

3. Review volume

   up to 10 pts

   Eligible review count relative to the highest volume agency in the catalog.

4. Team size

   up to 5 pts

   Mapped from the agency’s published team-size band.

5. Company experience

   up to 5 pts

   Years since founding (capped after 20 years).

Scores and methodology may evolve; listing pages expose a live ranking_explanation payload from the API for transparency.
